Pops By Launch began with two friends Joe and Les, we all believed frozen treats could be more than just sugar and colour-they could be crafted, balanced, and genuinely enjoyable for adults. What started as an idea turned into a small Melbourne brand built on flavour, experimentation, and a love of doing things differently.

I didn’t see the pop just a product, I saw a philosophy I already lived by.

I’m Ethan, a maker at heart, drawn to creative, hands-on ideas and novelty that actually means something. At home, with our daughter Hope, small family always loved making things together-but with care. Instead of playdough, we used fresh ingredients, seasonal fruit, vegetables, and simple kitchen tools to create lemon and lime ice cubes, funny smoothie flavours, and milky-fruity pops, we called them Pops By Hope-not as a business, just as a way of playing, learning, and creating safely.

That mindset is what led me to take Pops By Launch forward.

Today, Pops By Launch continues with the same spirit it started with-handcrafted, thoughtfully made frozen treats-now guided by a deeper focus on quality, ingredients, and the simple joy of creating something fun, honest, and a little unexpected.
