How Pops By You Works

Step 1 — Tell Us About Your Event
Share your event date, location, guest numbers and overall vibe (elegant wedding, playful brand launch, cosy Christmas party and more).
Step 2 — Choose Your Custom Level
We recommend Tier 1, 2 or 3 based on your budget, timings and how custom you’d like to go.
Step 3 — Flavour & Design
Pick your flavours, send us logos and colours, and share any inspiration. We can support with layouts and simple mockups.
Step 4 — Approval & Production
Once you approve your design and quote, we schedule production, freeze your pops and prepare them for delivery or collection.
Step 5 — Delivery
Your pops arrive frozen and event-ready. You enjoy the compliments and photos; we handle the cold stuff.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order?
Tier 1 personalised labels usually start from around 50 pops. Tier 2 semi-custom sleeves from around 500. Full bespoke Tier 3 projects typically start from 5,000 pops.
How far in advance should I book?
For smaller events, we recommend at least 2–3 weeks’ notice. For semi-custom sleeves, 2–4 weeks is ideal. Fully bespoke projects involving new packaging are best planned 6–10 weeks in advance.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes. Many recipes can be adapted to 0% ABV, and we can develop entirely non-alcoholic flavours for kids, wellness events or alcohol-free functions.
Can I taste the flavour first?
For larger or bespoke projects, we can discuss sample batches or tasting sessions. For Tier 1 and smaller orders using our existing range, we recommend trying our standard Pops By Launch flavours.
Do you deliver outside Melbourne?
Cold-chain shipping and logistics can be discussed based on your location and order size. Let us know where your event is and we’ll advise what’s possible.
How should pops be stored and served?
Pops should be stored at –18°C or below and served directly from the freezer or insulated containers. We’ll advise best practice for your specific venue.
