2. What happens after you place an order
Once your order is placed, our team will book delivery with our frozen courier on their scheduled service days
We’ll also contact you directly to confirm when your order is expected to arrive
Delivery dates may occasionally change due to courier scheduling — if so, we’ll notify you in advance
Because we use frozen couriers, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. Depending on your location, you may receive:

A call ahead
Or an estimated delivery window

Important delivery notes
- NSW: Metro areas are deliverable. Regional NSW coverage is being confirmed — we’ll contact you before dispatch if needed.
- WA: Currently serviced within Perth Metro (map-based), courier currently delivers as far north as Joondalup and no further south than Mandurah. If you’re near the boundary, we’ll confirm coverage before dispatch.
- Frozen alcoholic product — someone 18+ must be available at the delivery address to receive the delivery and place items straight into the freezer.
- No PO boxes. Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery or futile delivery fee.
