1. Check if we deliver to your area

Before ordering, please check whether your address is covered by our frozen courier:

  • Use the Postcode search and map on this page

  • The postcode search will usually show estimated delivery days for your area

If you’re unsure, feel free to email us at info@popsbylaunch.com.au and the Pops Team will be happy to check for you.

2. What happens after you place an order

  • Once your order is placed, our team will book delivery with our frozen courier on their scheduled service days

  • We’ll also contact you directly to confirm when your order is expected to arrive

  • Delivery dates may occasionally change due to courier scheduling — if so, we’ll notify you in advance

Because we use frozen couriers, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. Depending on your location, you may receive:

  • Live tracking

  • A call ahead

  • Or an estimated delivery window

Important delivery notes

  • NSW: Metro areas are deliverable. Regional NSW coverage is being confirmed — we’ll contact you before dispatch if needed.
  • WA: Currently serviced within Perth Metro (map-based), courier currently delivers as far north as Joondalup and no further south than Mandurah. If you’re near the boundary, we’ll confirm coverage before dispatch.
  • Frozen alcoholic product — someone 18+ must be available at the delivery address to receive the delivery and place items straight into the freezer.
  • No PO boxes. Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery or futile delivery fee.
